Trust framework · URD §5.5
Trust is earned in architecture, not promised in marketing.
Singapore agents have learned to distrust portals that monetise their unit-level data and sell visibility. PropertyMatch Pro is built so that can't happen — and here is exactly how.
No pay-to-rank. Ever.
Listings within a match tier are ordered by a cryptographically secure random shuffle on every page load. No agent, agency, developer, or credit balance can buy position. This is enforced at the database query layer — there is no override — and verified by automated tests in our pipeline.
Unit-level data is encrypted and never sold.
Block, floor, and unit numbers are encrypted with AES-256 and never displayed publicly or shared with any third party, advertiser, competitor platform, or data broker. Staff access them only for de-duplication and moderation, with full immutable audit logging of every access.
Credits reward good work — they don't tax visibility.
Credits are earned through verified activity (accurate listings, real viewings, genuine referrals) and spent on tools that make agents better, not more visible. Credits are never sold for cash and never determine search position.
Verified listings, not ghost inventory.
Owners verify via SingPass; agents via the CEA Public Register. Duplicate listings of the same unit are detected and offered a fair, equal co-listing — never a hidden merge that favours one agent.
Evidence over hype.
Every residential listing carries real URA/HDB transaction comparables from data.gov.sg, and financial figures computed from current IRAS/MAS/CPF rules — so a buyer's decision rests on official data, not marketing.
Your data, your control.
PDPA-compliant. You may delete a listing and its associated data at any time; deletion is irreversible and confirmed by receipt. Visa/document data is purged after tenancy confirmation or 90 days, whichever is sooner.
No silent pay-to-rank, even later.
We will never introduce pay-to-rank features without a 90-day public notice period and an agent vote.
